Will the mould removal make the issues go away?
The mould removal process, is about removing the hazard. Ensuring any risks to health are removed. It is the first step in the process, to identifying the root causes via a JAG survey and then the remedial works being carried out.
Will I need to leave the property when the mould is removed?
Depending on the severity of the mould growth, we would ask that belongings be moved away from the affected areas to give the removal team a clear area to work. You would not be asked to leave the property, but you would be asked to stay out of the affected room/area whilst the removal takes place. All products used in the process are non-toxic.
What is mould testing?
Mould testing is a very important part of the process, it can be done in 2 ways, using a swab on the surface or a mycometer to take measurements from the air particles. As part of your remedial works, it would give you the confidence that the mould has been removed.
